HOW
AND WHAT WE CLEAN
OFFICES Cleaning :
1. Empty wastebaskets.
2. Dust all furniture including desks, chairs, tables.
3. Dust all exposed filing cabinets, bookcases and shelves.
4. Dust all telephones.
5. Clean and sanitize drinking fountains.
6. Low dust all horizontal surfaces including sills, ledges, moldings.
7. Dust all shelves, picture frames, dusts, radiators, etc.
8. Spot clean desk tops.
9. Spot clean reception lobby glass including front door and any
other partition or door glass.
10. Dustmop resilient and hard floors or vacuum carpeted floors
in traffic lanes only.
11. Spot clean spills and stains on carpeted and resilient floors.
12. Spot clean furniture.
13. Clean and sanitize telephones.
14 . High dust above hand height all horizontal surfaces, including
shelves, moldings, ledges.
15 . Clean entire interior glass in partitions and doors.
16 . Dust blinds.
17 . Remove dust and cobwebs from ceiling area.
18. Damp mop resilient and hard floors or carpeted floors.
19 . Vacuum furniture.
WASHROOMS Cleaning:
1.
Clean, sanitize and polish all vitreous fixtures including toilet
bowls,
urinals, hand basins.
2. Clean all glass and mirrors.
3. Empty all containers and disposals, insert liners as required,
spot clean and sanitize container.
4. Spot clean all walls, doors and partitions.
5. Empty and sanitize interior of sanitary container.
6. Refill all dispensers to normal limits. Supplies to be furnished
by client.
7. Low dust all horizontal surfaces below 36" including sills,
moldings, edges,shelves, frames, ducts, heating outlets.
8. Sweep, damp mop, and sanitize hard floor.
9. High dust above hand height all horizontal
surfaces including shelves, ledges, moldings.
EATING AREAS:
1. Damp clean and sanitize table tops, seats
and back of chairs.
2. Clean, polish and refill napkin holders.
3. Empty all containers and disposals. Spot clean exterior and interior
of all containers.
4. Clean and sanitize drinking fountain.
5. Spot clean doors, frames, light switches, kick and push plates,
handles, walls, and interior glass.
6. Damp clean pedestal or legs.
7. Low dust (below 36") and high dust (above 72") all
horizontal surfaces.
8. Clean entire interior glass in partitions and doors.
GENERAL
1. Spot damp mop floors daily.
2. Wax hard surface floors monthly.
3. Shower scrub and refinish hard surface floors quarterly.
4. Notify building contact of any irregularities.
5. Turn off all lights except those to be left on, close windows
and lock all doors, report evacuation of building to security organization.
6. Review/check communication log.
7. Monthly customer service visit.
8. Annual formal customer review.
